Leading fabric merchant

We went to an upscale shop called Channi Carpets and Textiles. This is their lead merchant, describing traditional woodblock printing. It's part of their demonstration for tourists, which includes tea and snacks.

Years ago in Thailand, I had gone to a simple tailor's shop where they made my favorite shirt ever. I brought that terribly worn-out shirt to this shop in Jaipur, and asked them to copy it. After my seemingly endless quarantine, I'll start wearing the new ones!
